Sometimes there are words,

Just need to listen.

Until you completely understand,

Not just to reply; but to understand and listen.

You were there,

Sitting at the front

Looking straight ahead,

While I stay at the back

Silently looking at your back,

Enough of me to feel happy

Contented I can still see you,

Though thing will never stay long

Unknown to others,

The time we had

Will soon cut short,

Though I try to stay

You stop me,

Not letting me get hurt

From the unknown mystery,

Still I try to reach

And you went on me,

Yet not enough to hold me

We soon parted,

Until I am left alone once again,

You were there

So near yet so far.

Thoughts and Feelings

 

Thoughts never vary our feelings

They are the same in each emotion,

Thoughts had darker side that clings

Feelings can create darkest emotion.

 

Thought maybe empty though heavy

Feelings can be empty without meaning,

Simpler it might see yet so greatly

Both can create great pain with meaning.
